March Birchbox UK 2013

Here we have the Birchbox of March!
As soon as the blogs started appearing about the March Birchbox I instantly got excited to see that there was a beauty blender floating about. As soon as it arrived I walked  ran up the stairs and quickly opened the inside to see a beauty blender! So excited! So lets get onto the box!

So the title of this box is 'Role Models' which is basically products which are classed as 'hero products' with inspiring stories and results you'll want to pass on... Well lets hope so!

Beauty Blender Sponge and Beauty Blender Cleanser

So here we have it! The beauty blender! So excited that this is in the box as I have literally always wanted to try this out but have always hesitated as it does look a little bit strange... Or is that just me?
Including a beauty blender cleanser is a genius step too, it can also be used for normal make-up brushes and having not really used a proper 'make-up brush cleanser' I'm really looking forward to using this! You can see how I normally wash my make-up brushes here.

Laura Geller Inkwell Waterproof Gel Liner#

I always see Laura Geller on QVC (anyone else watch that too? :p) and I completely love the woman! All her products seem fab so I was super happy to see this in here.

The brush is actually on the top of the bottle (genius) which is super helpful as it means it's an all in one product so there's no faffing about looking for a brush.
The colour is a really lovely purple which I am happy about as it is my favourite colour and I think it always looks gorgeous on brown eyes. The only thing I am a little worried about is the fact that it is waterproof as obviously waterproof items can be notoriously hard to remove meaning I am going to have to get a really good heavy duty make-up remover... Suggestions anyone?

Molton Brown Valbonne Fragrance

I do enjoy having fragrances in boxes as I love wearing perfumes but unfortunately this is a bit of a miss for me. The scent is a little too mature for my liking and really strong and overpowering. I can imagine some people will really like this but sadly I am not one of them.

La Sultane De Saba Body Lotion with Argan Oil

I must have a billion and one body lotions but I love using them and this one is really lovely. It is enriched with argan oil which seems to be in everything these days but I do think this is the reason why it sinks into the skin so easily. The smell is lovely too, it's really fresh and is not offending what-so-ever. I can see myself using this up, however with the full size being £26.50 it's going to have to work wonders for me to re-purchase.

Yu-Be Moisturising Skin Cream

So yes there is 2 moisturises in this box but I love the fact they are so different. The first one is more of an general body lotion and this one is more of a treatment one.
This moisturiser is to be used on areas that need more attention and is a bestseller in Japan since 1957! It is described as being 'a multi-purpose medicated moisturiser' so will be fantastic on really dry areas and the lips!
It has a really overpowering camphor scent (think carmex and Origins out of trouble 10min mask) which is really strong but this disappears about a minute after application so it is nothing to worry about too much.
I can see myself getting lots of use out of this, especially on my lips, as it seems to leave them feeling super soft and if it has been a bestseller in Japan since 1957 it can't be doing much wrong!

Lindor Heart Tin Filled with Chocolate Truffles

I literally let out a squeal of delight when I saw these! What a lovely touch to put these in the box. I am obsessed with these chocolates and these taste so damn good! I can assure you these 4 chocolates didn't last long at all! Opps! :p

So there we have it! I really do love this box. I am super happy and I think the products are worth alot of money so having the beauty blender in here which is worth £24 itself is fantastic!
